All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

UPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

RETURNS

Defective Returns

If your product is defective at the time of delivery, contact us and we will replace the item at no additional cost. (Excludes Bluetooth Headsets)

Products that become defective under 30 days will be accepted and exchanged for the same item. We do not pay return shipping cost to return defective merchandise for exchange. However, if you ship the item back to us, we will replace the item at no charge and ship a new replacement to you free of charge. (Excludes Bluetooth Headsets)

Mis-Shipped Products

If you received a different item than what's listed on your packing slip, contact us and we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Damaged Products

If your product is damaged at the time of delivery, contact us and we will we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Warranty Returns

If your product becomes defective after 30 days of purchase, please contact the manufacturer directly.
